If you are needing to remove the broken thread from the metal collar? You can lightly use a butter knife to unscrew it... no force should be required and a video explainer can be found here:

Moving forward, just be a little careful not whack me aggressively or apply any excessive force and in return I'll be your trusty dish pal for a very long time!

7-14 days is the simple answer… but I would love to explain a little more below, alternatively you could check for local stockists in your area or please let me know of a shop that yeseco simply must be in!
