Shipping policy

We offer fast, next-day dispatch from our local 3PL partners in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. Orders placed before 12pm local time will be dispatched the next business day. For all other locations, we ship from our central distribution hub in Asia.

Shipping by Region

Australia – Dispatched next business day from our Sydney 3PL, with an estimated delivery of 3-7days
New Zealand – Dispatched next business day from our Auckland 3PL, with an estimated delivery of 3-7 days
USA – Dispatched next business day from our US 3PL, with an estimated delivery of 3-7 days
Rest of the World – Ships from our central distribution hub in Asia (delivery times vary by location) with an estimated delivery of 7-14 days
