How to Start a Return
Step 1: Email us at yes@yeseco.life to request a return authorization.
Step 2: Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions, including where to send your package. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
Step 3: Send your item back, and once received, we’ll process your refund.
Please make sure to reach out before shipping your return—unauthorized returns can’t be processed.

Step 3: If a return is needed, we’ll guide you through the process.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only—it doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
